Refund & Returns Policy – Ekdokane.com

At Ekdokane.com, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we are committed to providing a smooth, fair, and transparent return and refund process. Please read our policy carefully to understand how refunds, returns, and exchanges work.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is eligible. To qualify:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All tags, labels, manuals, and accessories must be included.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (Order ID / Invoice).


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Personal care products

  • Perishable food items

  • Innerwear and intimate wear

  • Opened consumables

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items marked “Non-returnable” or “Final Sale”


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the item and packaging

  • Share the Order ID and your contact details

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund (if replacement is unavailable)


4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us through the Contact Us page or email us at contact@ekdokane.com

  2. Provide your Order ID, product name, pictures (if damaged), and reason for return

  3. Our support team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization with instructions


5. Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is being returned due to change of mind, the customer must pay the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged product, manufacturing defect), Ekdokane.com will cover the return shipping cost.


7. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model:

  • Follow the standard return process

  • Once approved, you can place a new order for the desired item


8. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible — you may request a return after receiving the product.


9. Warranty Claims

Warranty depends on the manufacturer/product category.
If your product has a warranty, please contact us with relevant documents and we will assist you with the process.


10. Important Notes

  • Refunds may be denied if the returned product is used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

  • Clearance, promotional, and heavily discounted items may not be eligible for refunds.
